Instructions

  1. Put cottage cheese and stevia into a cup or food processor.
  2. Add heavy cream and peanut butter.
  3. Mix with a spoon to get everything combined.
  4. Blend or process until the cottage cheese curds are smooth.
  5. Add protein powder and mix with a spoon.
  6. Re-blend to get rid of any extra chunks.
  7. Separate into two servings and place into the freezer for 40 minutes to set.
