Technically not a cookie, but so good to have for a quick snack. It is so close to real cookie dough you won't even miss the real thing.

Easy and quick to put together. The amount of time is only because you have to refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes. I eat it then but recommend freezing the finished product for about an hour.

Instructions

  1. Cream together all the ingredients except for chocolate chips. When nice and fluffy fold in the chips.
  2. Refrigerate about 20 minutes until the dough is firm. Remove from refrigerator and scoop into 20 balls. Place in a couple plastic bags and freeze. They are now ready for anytime you need some extra fat or just a sweet fix.
