- Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 30 second increments. Stir until completely melted.
- Place the avocados, swerve, cocoa powder and vanilla in a food processor. Process until well incorporated. Add the water a tablespoon at a time. Add enough water to make the mixture smooth and creamy.
- Add in the melted chocolate and process until well mixed. The frosting should be smooth and creamy. It is now ready to spread on your cakes or brownies.(It can also be kept in the fridge and eaten whenever you have a sweet craving.)
