Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast,Skinless-Boneless
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- [Tahini Sauce] 2 tbsp Tahini Paste
- [Tahini Sauce] 3 tbsp Water
- [Tahini Sauce] 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- [Tahini Sauce] 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- [Tahini Sauce] 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- [Tahini Sauce] 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the chicken in a medium sized bowl. Place the chicken in the bowl. Let sit for at least 2 hours. It is preferable to marinade overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place chicken in a casserole dish. Cook in oven for 18 minutes.(Chicken can also be cooked on a grill.)
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let rest.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Slice the chicken and pour the sauce over the top. Can be served with cauliflower rice as a side.
