Instructions

  1. Start by heating your deep fryer to 375F.
  2. Cook a chicken breast and cut into cubes.
  3. Mix the grated parmesan, almond flour, and baking powder.
  4. Add the egg and whisk.
  5. Add the water and whisk.
  6. Roll the chicken breasts in the batter until they are fully coated, then use a fork to drop them into the frying oil.
  7. Cook until the batter turns golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
