The combination of chicken and bacon in a patty is something, unlike anything you've had before. This is great on a keto bun with lettuce and tomato. It is also great with just a salad for a light meal.

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp on both sides.
  2. In a food processor, finely chop 2 bell peppers and then scoop mixture into a bowl. Pat any excess moisture out with paper towels.
  3. Chop chicken and bacon together in food processor until almost smooth. Add to pepper mixture.
  4. Add parmesan, egg, coconut flour and tomato pesto into the mixture and mix everything together.
  5. Form patties with hand and fry on medium to medium high heat in a pan with some oil.
  6. Once browned, flip over, continue cooking, and remove to paper towels when finished.
