Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cream together the butter, egg, erythritol, SF maple syrup, and vanilla with an electric mixer.
  3. Add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder, mix with spoon.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop cookies onto a baking sheet - use parchment paper or grease sheet.
  6. Bake cookies for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Allow cookies to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing.
