- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Slightly beat the eggs then add to the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the vanilla, coconut oil and coconut milk. Mix until the batter is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and cherry extract.
- Heat the donut maker. Place dough in a plastic bag and cut off one corner. Pipe the dough into the hot donut maker.
- Cook 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another2-3minutes.
- Let cool then enjoy.
