These donuts require a donut maker. It is probably a worth while investment if you like donuts as much as me. These donuts are soft on the inside but slightly crispy on the outside. The chocolate and cherry flavors are a great combination.

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Slightly beat the eggs then add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in the vanilla, coconut oil and coconut milk. Mix until the batter is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and cherry extract.
  4. Heat the donut maker. Place dough in a plastic bag and cut off one corner. Pipe the dough into the hot donut maker.
  5. Cook 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another2-3minutes.
  6. Let cool then enjoy.
