- In a large skillet, saute garlic and onion powder with the 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the spinach a little at a time so as to cook all of the spinach. Cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
- In a separate pot melt the tablespoon of butter. Add in the cream cheese, heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook on medium stirring constantly. When cheese is melted whisk until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the sauce to the spinach and stir. The spinach is ready to eat.(For a nice presentation place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with crushed pork rinds.)
