Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Wash the brussels sprouts then shred with a food processor.
  3. Fry the brussels sprouts in the bacon grease.
  4. Once the brussels sprouts are getting crisp, add in the bacon and cheese.
  5. Cook a little longer until combined.
