Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 10 muffin cups with paper liners. Spray them with cooking spray
  2. Mix all the ingredients except for the cinnamon together. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Spoon the batter evenly between the cups. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
