Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Pork Rinds, Crushed
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- [Marinara Sauce] 28 oz Tomato, crushed
- [Marinara Sauce] 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- [Marinara Sauce] 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- [Marinara Sauce] 2 tsp Basil
- [Marinara Sauce] 1 tsp Salt
- [Marinara Sauce] 1 tsp Parsley
- [Marinara Sauce] 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the first six ingredients.
- Add the ground turkey and mix together with your hands.
- Form 24 meatballs from the mixture.
- Cut the mozzarella into 24 cubes. Put in the center of the meatballs.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the marinara sauce in a separate bowl.
- Pour enough sauce to cover the bottom of crockpot then add the meatballs. Pour the rest of the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.( serve alone or over some zoodles or spaghetti squash.)
