This is as close to heaven as you can get. Meatballs and cheese together are enough to make my mouth water just thinking about it.

Even your friends who are not low carb will love these. It is great to see their faces when you tell them these meatballs are low carb.

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the first six ingredients.
  2. Add the ground turkey and mix together with your hands.
  3. Form 24 meatballs from the mixture.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into 24 cubes. Put in the center of the meatballs.
  5. Mix together all the ingredients for the marinara sauce in a separate bowl.
  6. Pour enough sauce to cover the bottom of crockpot then add the meatballs. Pour the rest of the sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.( serve alone or over some zoodles or spaghetti squash.)
