Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower into florets and feed through grating attachment on food processor.
  2. Add cheese and grate using grating attachment on food processor. Add eggs and spices and mix together.
  3. Spread half of the mixture into a Belgian style waffle maker, cook, and flip.
  4. Remove from waffle maker and repeat with rest of mixture.
