Instructions

  1. Rice cauliflower using a food processor.
  2. Put the cauliflower in the microwave with a paper towel covering the top, then microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix all of the other ingredients into it, then use an immersion blender to pulse the cauliflower and other ingredients together.
  4. Add chives to the cauliflower and mix together.
