- Melt butter( coconut oil can be substituted) in a large skillet. Add onion and minced garlic and sauté until onion is tender.
- Thinly slice kielbasa and add to the skillet.
- Core and slice the cabbage and add to the skillet along with the red wine vinegar.
- Stir together and cover. Simmer for twenty minutes or until cabbage is tender.
- Sprinkle finished dish with red pepper flakes and enjoy.
