I love chocolate and don't drink coffee. So a hot chocolate recipe that's allows you to not worry about the extra sugars or carbs is perfect for me. This recipe curbs my chocolate craving and is actually good for me. I could probably add some whipped cream and it would be even more satisfying.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. It will likely take a couple runs to grind all the chia seeds fully.
  2. You can heat the blended ingredients in the microwave or go old school and heat it on the stove.
