Instructions

  1. Fry bacon and set aside.
  2. Fry vegetables in bacon grease.
  3. Spread fried vegetables in pan.
  4. Whisk eggs, spices and cream together and pour over vegetables.
  5. Crumble bacon over mixture, distribute cheese and tomatoes; pack mixture down.
  6. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes.
