Instructions

  1. Put the chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and coconut milk in a blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds.(protein powder should be sugar free)
  2. Add the MCT oil, water and ice to the blender and blend until the desired consistency.
  3. Taste and add a couple drops stevia if needed.
