BBQ Pulled Pork and “Cornbread” Waffles

Not your typical waffles. Something that you're going to love even though you won't eat it during breakfast. Of course you could still eat them for breakfast if you desire.

1 waffle and 4oz. of pulled pork is considered a serving.

Instructions

  1. Make the waffle batter by mixing the wet ingredients into the dry. (Except BBQ Sauce)
  2. Pour the batter onto the waffle maker and let cook.
  3. While cooking, add pork to a pan on medium-low heat with about 3/4 of the BBQ sauce.
  4. Once waffles are done, spoon pork onto waffle and top with extra bbq sauce.
