- Mix together the first 5 dry ingredients. Rub on the chicken thighs and set aside.
- Mix together the oil, 1/4 vinegar, and minced garlic. Pour into the bottom of the crockpot. Place the coated chicken thighs on top.
- Pour the rest of the vinegar over the top of the chicken.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Serve with your choice of vegetable. Also cauliflower rice would be nice.
