Instructions

  1. Mix together the first 5 dry ingredients. Rub on the chicken thighs and set aside.
  2. Mix together the oil, 1/4 vinegar, and minced garlic. Pour into the bottom of the crockpot. Place the coated chicken thighs on top.
  3. Pour the rest of the vinegar over the top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. Serve with your choice of vegetable. Also cauliflower rice would be nice.
