Crockpot recipes are perfect for the keto lifestyle. Chicken thighs work great in the crockpot. They don't dry out as much as chicken breasts. This is a great recipe to have on hand and is usually good for a couple meals.

Instructions

  1. Mix together the first 5 dry ingredients. Rub on the chicken thighs and set aside.
  2. Mix together the oil, 1/4 vinegar, and minced garlic. Pour into the bottom of the crockpot. Place the coated chicken thighs on top.
  3. Pour the rest of the vinegar over the top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. Serve with your choice of vegetable. Also cauliflower rice would be nice.
