Instructions

  1. In a medium cast-iron pan, bring the tomato sauce, olives, salami, and olive oil to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  2. Season with pepper and salt if necessary.
  3. Arrange the mozzarella on top, make 4 holes and crack an egg into each.
  4. Sprinkle the basil on top and drizzle with more olive oil. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake at 400 until the eggs are set but still runny.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve with the baked eggs.
