- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Mix almond flour, xanthan gum and eggs in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Place mozzarella and the cream cheese in a saucepan or a pot on a low heat until melted.
- Once the mix is melted combine with your other mixture and knead well until combined.
- Roll your kneaded dough into long logs and place into your donut pan.
- Sprinkle on your toppings and bake for 18 mins or until golden brown.
