Instructions

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Melt butter in the microwave.
  3. Mix together the Carbquik and the baking soda.
  4. Add the liquid ingredients and mix.
  5. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Spoon a glob of batter onto the pan, try not to make them too big or else they won't flip, add bacon.
  7. When bubbles start forming near the center, or the edges start to brown, flip.
  8. Cook for an additional minute or so.
