Instructions

  1. Slice the pepper, onions and jalapeno into thin strips. Then dice the jalapeno slices as small as possible.
  2. Place the bacon in a cold oven and cook at 375 degrees until the bacon is approaching crisp.
  3. While the bacon is cooking fry the vegetables in a pan until they begin to brown.
  4. Chop the bacon until it breaks into chunks.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. In another pan fry your eggs.
  7. Finally arrange your hash on a plate then top with 2 fried eggs.
