Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower, heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 18 - 20 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Transfer the cauliflower and liquid to a food processor or blender.
  3. Add the bacon and Smoked Gouda. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper as desired.
