The great taste of a traditional taco in an avocado. I love tacos and avocado so this is a no brainer for me. Putting the taco filling in the avocado shell, helps keep the mess down. After eating the taco you can just throw away the shell.

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Once browned drain the excess grease. Add 2/3 cup water and the taco seasoning. Once the taco seasoning is mix reduce heat to low and let simmer until thickened about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Cut the avocados in half from top to bottom and use a spoon to scoop out the avocado.
  3. Add 1/4 of the shredded lettuce into the bottom of each empty avocado shell.
  4. Next, add 1/4 of the ground beef into each shell.
  5. Top each one with cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomato, jalapeno, and avocado.
