Instructions

  1. Halve the cucumber lengthways and slice. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Deseeded and slice the green pepper. Thinly slice the red onion. Cube the feta cheese if its not already crumbled. Finally dice the avocado.
  2. Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  4. Pour design over salad, toss and enjoy.
