Ingredients
- 1 lbs Beef
- 1-2 head Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Ginger,Fresh Grated
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- [Marinade] 2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
- [Marinade] 1/2 tsp sea salt
- [Marinade] 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- [Marinade] 1/4 tsp Pepper
- [Marinade] 1 tsp Arrowroot Powder
- [Marinade] 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- [Sauce] 2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
- [Sauce] 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- [Sauce] 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- [Sauce] 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Slice beef into 1/4 inch thin slices. (You can choose the beef you want to use. Sirloin, skirt steak, boneless short ribs, etc.) After slicing beef put in marinade. Marinade for 30 minutes or more in the refrigerator.
- Cut broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and add garlic and ginger. Cook for about 20 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and turn heat up to medium high. Spread beef out and cook until beef is slightly charred. Flip the beef and cook the other side.
- Add the sauce and stir fry for about a minute. Add the broccoli and continue to cook tossing all the ingredients together. Enjoy alone or with some cauliflower rice.
