Almond Flour Cream Cheese Pancakes

This is another recipe that uses cream cheese and eggs to make keto pancakes. This one adds almond flour so the pancakes are thicker than the ones without flour. This is an easy recipe since you throw everything in a blender. The pancakes are great the next day if you have leftovers.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium. Add coconut oil to skillet and heat. Pour in batter. Pancakes should be about 10-12 cm in diameter.
  3. Cook the pancake until bubbles form. Flip the pancake and cook another minute or so.
  4. Top the pancakes with butter and sugar free syrup.
