90 Second Bread

A quick bread recipe that everyone living the keto lifestyle should have in their arsenal. When I want to have peanut butter and jelly this is the recipe I use. After cooking the bread in the microwave I remove it and cut in half. I then place it in the toaster and when it is toasted I apply my peanut butter and jelly.

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe mug or ramekin.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a fork until blended.(I like to add cinnamon to mine sometimes, also a little sweetener is nice.)
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds and then let cool a couple minutes before removing from mug. After removing from mug slice in half and toast.
