This is a quick meal for anytime. I love chili but never liked the kidney beans. Keto chili was made for me. The flavor of this one is so good you will never miss the beans even if you are a bean person. You can add any toppings you like. Sour cream and cheese are my favorites.

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and peppers into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place ground beef in a dutch oven and crumble. Cook on medium high until a little pink is left. Add the onions and bell peppers to the ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in the cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and cayenne pepper and stir.
  3. Continue to stir and cook until the veggies are soft. Add in the spinach and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce to the pot and stir. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add whatever toppings you like.
  6. Note: This is great served over cauliflower rice.
