- Place all the ingredients in blender and blend until fully mixed. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Oil a skillet and heat to medium high. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet. Cook until the edges are brown.(This batter does not bubble like traditional pancakes.) Flip the pancake and cook about another minute.
- Serve with some butter and syrup of your choice. Note: These pancakes freeze well so make enough to have on hand whenever you don't feel like cooking breakfast.
