Chicken is a popular dinner staple because it is easy to cook, is affordable, and its mild flavor means it works well in many different dishes, and with many different cuisines especially when you’re on the ketogenic diet.
It is easy to get stuck into making the same old chicken recipes over and over again, and then proclaim that chicken is boring. (I have been know to fall into that trap – especially when I am really busy with work.)
I thought that while I was on the hunt for some new, easy, but tasty keto chicken recipes, I would share some of my favorite finds with you!
When it comes to which of the chicken to use – leave behind the breast and rather go for the thighs (with or without the bones, but preferably still with the skin). The thighs have more fat (and therefore also more flavor) and tend to be cheaper.
