Chicken is a popular dinner staple because it is easy to cook, is affordable, and its mild flavor means it works well in many different dishes, and with many different cuisines especially when you’re on the ketogenic diet.
It is easy to get stuck into making the same old chicken recipes over and over again, and then proclaim that chicken is boring. (I have been know to fall into that trap – especially when I am really busy with work.)
I thought that while I was on the hunt for some new, easy, but tasty keto chicken recipes, I would share some of my favorite finds with you!
When it comes to which of the chicken to use – leave behind the breast and rather go for the thighs (with or without the bones, but preferably still with the skin). The thighs have more fat (and therefore also more flavor) and tend to be cheaper.

Enjoy the Options You Have
Being on a ketogenic diet doesn’t have to limit all of your food options. You are only limited to foods that are going to negatively affect your health, namely sugars and carbs.
As you can see, there are plenty of chances for you to make a dish that is filled with all kinds of flavors. You won’t be missing out on much.
I understand that some recipes sound too good to be true, but if you trust the process of the keto diet, you’re going to lose the weight you want.
I also understand that a lot of these recipes may not tell you to prepare a side dish or some veggies. So, if you’re looking to add a little more vegetables on top of these amazing dinners you can look at these low carb vegetables that are more than keto friendly.
If you happen to still be a little skeptical of the diet in general, take a look at Keto Bootstrap. Here, you will have plenty of support and options for even more food. You’ll also see that you don’t have to worry about anything if you trust the process.
